About Me

Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., India: I was working as an Application Outsourcing Solution Architect, which is part of the Sales Support and Sales Configuration team global to Accenture. As an AO (Application Maintenance and Application development) Solution Architect, I have been working with opportunities/deals/RFP/RFI from sales team/client teams from various countries, however primarily aligned to North America geography. Solutions are provided considering all the global delivery centers of Accenture and the various deal/opportunity parameters as requested by the client RFP/RFI/Sole source deals.

Accenture client Barclays Bank - I was leading the Service Introduction team which is a part of Application Management team. Service Introduction team works for smooth transition of new/enhanced services to business as usual services which are maintained by the Application management teams.

Patni Computer Systems Ltd, India : Southern California Edison – a utility company for electricity and water. I managed a team of 22 people as a project/team lead at offshore Mumbai location.

Patni Computer Systems Inc., USA: I had a long term onsite assignment for 5.5years in Atlanta, GA, USA. GE Consumer Finance Americas – Card Services (Client of Patni). I have worked as an Applications System Engineer (IT Manager Service Delivery) for GE Remittance and Common Entry (Sales Discounting) applications at their Atlanta, GA, USA office. Managing customer expectations and setting expectations is a regular exercise along with constantly delivering deliverables in accordance and compliance to the SLA’s and Quality standards set by the client. Previous experience at the same location and client as Team Leader and Onsite Coordinator for other GE application systems at their Atlanta office, leading a team of approx 15 team members onshore. Provided inputs to Application/System enhancements and improvements. Managed and guided the team, which is demographically scattered in USA and in India.

TriTrac Technologies Pvt. Ltd: Web development – Role involved coding the business logic and presentation layers including generating layouts and designs or graphics for the clients of TriTrac Pvt. Ltd.

Crystal Techno-Managements Ltd: Experience in developing Medicine Inventory Management software for Ayurveda hospitals was for the clients of Crystal Techno Consultants Pvt. Ltd. This was done using Visual Basic and database as MS Access as base application. The product was configurable to Oracle and MS SQL database. Developed online website for the company to put Ayurveda products and services of doctors online on web.

Fortune Informatics Ltd: Rich experience in Customer relationship management and People management comes from providing Pre sales Demos/Presentations to the top management and other stakeholders for software product (Papyrus and AidsIVRS) and post sales support for the same to the clients of Fortune Informatics Ltd. Performing a key role of solutions architect by working with Marketing team and Clients to do System requirement studies and providing a customized solutions on the document management software “Papyrus”. This also involved an exercise to map business processes and requirements to technical requirements and pass it to the development center of the company in Hyderabad. Clients included RBI (Reserve bank of India), Shipping companies, Exporters & Importers, SBI (State bank of India), Larsen & Toubro Ltd, IDBI bank, LIC, Siemens, Templeton, Voltas Ltd. and others.

Implementation for AidsIVRS was for MADCS (Maharashtra State AIDS Control Society) in government hospitals across Maharashtra state. I was actively involved and company’s front man in the opening of the AidsIVRS system in Kankavali Village’s government hospital, which was done by then Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri. NarayanRao Rane personally along with other government officials, where I was the only one from my company at the site handling the opening and interacting with Chief Minister and other government officials. I was also actively involved in other implementations across Maharashtra in government hospitals which involved working closely with the hospital Dean and key doctors. Also imparted training to Doctors on the product AidsIVRS. Customer relationship management and people management was key when supporting company’s clients which was a natural talent for me.
